I am located in the Austin area in Texas and my pricing for in person consultations are priced accordingly. If you live outside of the Austin area and would like for me to visit your space in person for our walk through, please reach out to alli@chasinglionsfengshui for a quote.
You may also consider having your walk through be virtual to not incur additional costs for your consultation.

Please let me know if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment time. A full refund is available if the cancellation occurs within 7 days of your booking. A partial refund of 50% will be issued if you need to cancel after the 7 day cancellation window. You can opt to cancel and keep a credit for a future appointment. Credits expire after 1 year. Yes, your family can be home during your walk through if you feel like you will still get what you need from our time together. If you are worried you may be distracted, please reschedule or pick a time when you can be fully present for you and your home.
Same answer goes for an office space. This is a time for you to fully take in what your space is saying to you and be engaged in the conversation. If you do not think people around will best serve you, let’s adjust.

First of all, additional questions are always welcome and you will never be done with collaborating with your space. As the waves of life come and go, your objectives, goals and sticky spots will also shift. This is a continually conversation.

Absolutely! If you have control over one space (say an apartment or you are renting a room in a home) and you want to focus only on that space, we can do that.
If you want to focus on a certain room in your home or office, we can do that too. The spaces around the specific room we are looking at could have influence over what is happening for the person that works or sleeps in the room we are working with. Keep that in mind.
If we are looking at and discussing a child’s room, I would encourage the child to be involved in the conversation if they are over the age of 9.

A full refund will be issued for appointments cancelled within 7 days of the original booking date. After 7 days you will receive a 50% refund for cancelled appointments.
You can opt to receive a credit to be used for a future booking if you choose. Credits expire after 1 year.

Terms of Agreement
1. Be prepared for your session – I recommend a blank notebook + pen, an open mind, and blocked out time.
2. Commit to working the assignments – shui won’t work if you don’t.
3. Business hours are Monday – Thursday // 8:00 am – 3 pm. I answer incoming email promptly as possible, but please understand it may be a couple hours before I can respond.
4. Your appointment is confirmed once payment is received.
5. Our email time together begins with the 60-minute consult.
6. I accept clients on a limited basis, so once you’ve reserved your time, please keep your appointment.

A part of the 30 Day Consult package (2) Virtual Follow Up Calls during the 30 day time period.
If you are unable to meet for the 90 minute walk through or the follow up calls, I would suggest finding a time that would work for you to be able to attend OR dropping down to the Mini Consult which does not include virtual calls or in person meetings.
Once the 30 day period is up, your follow up calls expire so use them so you don’t lose them.

Feng Shui consultations are not an interior design consultations and I do not provide design as a service. I have so many wonderful interior designers in my world that I am happy to introduce you to and we can even collaborate on your home or office to ensure the energy is flowing and you also get the look you are desiring. Renovations are a great time to look at Feng Shui remedies and select materials, paints, etc. that can enhance the different life areas associated with different spots in your home/office.
